Return & Refund Policy

1. Standard Returns: Customers can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery for most items.

2. Defective or Misrepresented Items: In accordance with statutory legal norms, returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products (e.g., wrong size sent by seller) are accepted immediately.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a standard refund or exchange, apparel items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Unworn Condition: Items must be entirely unused, unwashed, and free of stains, perfume, or signs of wear.
  • Tags Intact: All original price tags, brand labels, and barcode stickers must remain securely attached.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be packed back into their original brand boxes or protective zip bags.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health safety regulations, the following categories cannot be returned for a simple change of mind:

  • bodysuits
  • Custom-made, tailored, or altered clothing

4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Refund Method: Approved returns are credited back directly to the customer's original payment method or via store credit, based on client preference.
  • Processing Windows: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return package, refunds are initiated within 7 to 14 business days in compliance with payment gateway norms.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are fully covered by the business if the return is due to a mistake on our part (faulty or wrong item). Standard change-of-mind returns may incur a nominal return shipping fee.

5. Statutory Consumer Disclosures

Per e-commerce compliance guidelines, we provide direct transparency to our consumers:

  • Grievance Redressal: If you encounter unresolved issues with a return, you may file a formal complaint with our designated Grievance Officer at support@aclifestyle.in.
  • Tracking: Every registered return or complaint will receive a unique ticket number to allow transparent progress tracking.
