1. Dispatch & Processing Timelines
- Standard Processing: All apparel orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Exceptions: Orders placed during major seasonal sales, festive periods, or public holidays may experience a processing extension of up to 48 hours. Any delay beyond this will be communicated via SMS/Email.
2. Delivery Timelines & Estimates
In accordance with legal consumer transparency rules, we provide clear delivery estimates based on geographic zones:
- Metro Cities: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
- Remote Regions: Delivered within 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges & Transparency
To prevent unfair trade practices, all delivery fees are clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout window before final payment:
- Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping across India on orders above ₹[Insert Amount] (e.g., ₹999). A flat fee of ₹[Insert Amount] applies below this value.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹[Insert Amount] is charged by courier partners to handle cash collection.
4. Order Tracking & Proof of Delivery
- Real-Time Tracking: Once an item leaves our warehouse, a unique tracking link from our logistics partner (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart) is sent instantly to the user via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Secured Delivery: For safety and fraud prevention, high-value packages require a Secure One-Time Password (OTP) or signature upon delivery.
5. Delayed Deliveries & Statutory Compensation
Under consumer protection norms, if a package cannot be delivered within the maximum legally permissible timeline of 30 days (or the specifically promised window at checkout) due to logistical failures:
- The consumer holds the complete legal right to cancel the order for a full refund.
- A 100% refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 7 business days of order cancellation.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Transit-Missing Shipments
- Lost Packages: If a courier partner confirms a package is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement item immediately or issue a full refund at no extra cost to the buyer.
- Damaged Packages: If the outer plastic tamper-evident bag or brand box is visibly torn or open at the time of delivery, consumers are legally advised to refuse the delivery and notify our customer service within 24 hours.
7. Incorrect Delivery Addresses
- The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and active phone number.
If a package is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, non-availability of the customer, or repeated refusal of a COD order, we reserve the right to deduct the two-way shipping costs before issuing a refund for prepaid orders
